Controller and notice scope.

The Falcon Axiom Cloud website is operated by Falcon Axiom Cloud India Private Limited. For the website enquiries and product-update interest records described here, the operator determines the purposes and means of processing. Current contact location: Bangalore 560043.

This notice applies to the public marketing website, its contact form, the product-news signup and the browser theme preference. It does not cover product project data, customer application data, staff records or a separately contracted service; those activities require their own reviewed information and terms.

Information collected through public routes.

A contact enquiry contains the name and email address you submit, optional company details, your selected topic, message and consent to be contacted. Please share only what the team needs to understand your question.

The site stores your light or dark theme choice in this browser so it can remember the appearance you selected. The site is built without optional analytics or advertising trackers. Technical request details, including network address and browser/request metadata, are received at the Cloudflare edge because it serves the website; this notice does not claim that no IP address is observed or that every edge log is retained by the application.

Product-news registration and consent.

Product-news registration stores an email address, the versioned consent statement (product-news-v1), the consent time and subscription or suppression status. The signup path also uses a short-lived pseudonymous request-address hash for abuse controls; the signup table and audit record do not retain a raw request address for that purpose. Registering is an opt-in record, not proof that an email has been sent.

Authorised marketing owners can review registrations, export bounded lists and record an unsubscribe. A fresh explicit opt-in is required to renew consent after unsubscribe. A transactional email integration is in development and is not currently used to send product-update messages. Email privacy@falconaxiom.com to ask about a registration, change or deletion.

Why the information is used.

The team uses enquiry details to understand, route and respond to your request, maintain the conversation and handle related follow-up. Product-news records are used to respect the consent version and status, manage an unsubscribe, prevent duplicate or abusive requests and answer privacy questions about a registration.

Technical request information supports website delivery, security and abuse management. Theme preference supports the display choice you made. The marketing site has no optional analytics or advertising trackers enabled, and product-news signup does not by itself authorize unrelated promotional use.

Providers and international processing.

Cloudflare is configured for marketing-site delivery and the enquiry path. A global delivery network may handle request data in more than one country. Marketing-site and signup information is not represented as India-exclusive and does not inherit the planned project-country placement model for product workloads. Provider-side handling is subject to the provider’s service and terms.

A transactional email integration is in development and is not currently used to send product-update messages. If an additional provider is introduced for a new purpose, the relevant notice and provider information will be updated before that processing begins.

Retention, deletion and account choices.

Information is kept for the period needed to respond to the enquiry or administer the consent and suppression record, with limited handling for security and operational needs. No numeric retention schedule is published here because a verified period has not been established. The owner is reviewing purpose-based retention and deletion rules for this marketing information.

You may ask for access to, correction of or deletion of information you provided, withdraw consent for future product-news use, or ask how a registration is handled. A limited suppression record may be retained so that an unsubscribe is respected. Applicable legal or operational requirements can affect what may be removed; the team will explain the outcome for your request.

How to make a privacy request.

Email privacy@falconaxiom.com from an address you can access. Include the route you used (contact form or product-news signup), the approximate date, the email address involved and whether you are asking about access, correction, deletion, consent or another question. Do not send passwords, private keys, identity documents or unrelated customer data.

The team may ask a proportionate follow-up question to locate the record and protect it from disclosure to someone else. Requests are reviewed under the requirements that apply to the person and processing involved; this notice does not make a jurisdiction-specific response deadline or promise a particular outcome.

Privacy settings and browser controls.

The public site offers a theme choice (light or dark), saved in this browser so the selected appearance can persist between visits. You can change the choice from the header theme control or clear this site’s browser storage. This is a display preference, not an advertising profile or analytics identifier.

No optional analytics or advertising trackers are enabled, so there is no optional tracking switch to manage. Essential staff-session controls apply to the separate administration surface and are not marketing-visitor preferences. If optional tracking is introduced, the notice and an appropriate choice mechanism must be updated before it is enabled.

Children, information security and notice changes.

The marketing site is designed for product and business enquiries. Please do not submit a child’s personal information through a public form. If you believe a child’s information has been submitted, contact privacy@falconaxiom.com so the team can review the request.

Access to marketing enquiries is limited to authorised staff accounts, and collection is kept focused on the purpose of the route. Do not send credentials or sensitive customer records through public forms. Contact the privacy or security address if you believe information has been exposed or used incorrectly.
