Falcon Axiom

Use the public site responsibly.

These guidelines cover the public marketing website and its contact form. They do not grant access to the protected product workspace or replace product-specific written terms.

Use the public site for its intended purpose.

Use this website lawfully to learn about Falcon Axiom Cloud, review public resources and contact the team. These guidelines cover the public marketing pages and forms; they do not grant access to the protected product workspace or authorize testing of product systems.

Do not probe, disrupt, overload or attempt unauthorised access to the website or staff tools. Do not bypass access controls, upload malicious content, interfere with another person’s use, or use a page or form to distribute unlawful material or unsolicited promotions.

Share information with care.

Only submit information you are authorised to share. The enquiry form is for business and product questions. Keep payment-card data, passwords, private keys, customer records, regulated personal data and security-sensitive system details out of the form.

If you accidentally send confidential information, contact privacy@falconaxiom.com and identify the submission without repeating the sensitive value. Do not include credentials or keys in a follow-up.

Testing requires explicit written scope.

A public page or link does not grant product access or authorize security testing. Product evaluation and any permitted assessment require an authorised account, explicit written scope and applicable terms. Keep activity within that scope, stop if it could expose another person’s data or affect service availability, and use the published security contact to report a concern.

Do not bypass access controls, persist access, retrieve data that is not yours or attempt denial-of-service activity. Use security@falconaxiom.com for a vulnerability or security report and share only the detail needed for safe triage.

Acceptable-use questions.

Does this policy authorize a security test?

What if I accidentally submit confidential information?

Contact privacy@falconaxiom.com promptly and identify the submission without repeating the sensitive value.

How do I report a vulnerability?

Use security@falconaxiom.com. Include the affected public hostname or product surface and reproducible steps, but leave out passwords, private keys and customer records.
